Arrival times are
Mon-Fri from 9am to 8pm
Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on public holidays, by arrangement.
We ask all guests to behave in a way that does not disturb other guests and our neighbors!
Night rest
Please note: From 10:00 PM onwards, please keep noise levels down in all rooms. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and stairwells so that all guests can sleep undisturbed.
No smoking
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Violations will incur an additional cleaning fee of €100.00. Furthermore, a minimum of three days' lost rental income (80% of the applicable room rate) will be charged, as the room cannot be immediately re-let after smoking. Thank you for your understanding.
Room
During your stay, we kindly ask you to use water and electricity responsibly. Staff members are authorized to enter your room during your stay – for example, for cleaning, repairs, or necessary checks.
For safety reasons, leaning out of the windows is prohibited. They may only be opened for ventilation. The windowsill is not intended for sitting, and no objects may be thrown out of the windows.Kitchen use and cleaning
Please clean the kitchens immediately after each use. Dishes, pots and other kitchen utensils must not be left dirty so that all guests find the kitchen in a clean condition.
It is strictly forbidden to take communal dishes – such as pots, pans, or other kitchen utensils – into the rooms. In case of violations, we reserve the right to revoke kitchen access without compensation. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Visitors
Receiving visitors in the guest rooms is not permitted. Visitors are welcome to be received in the lounge during opening hours.
Persons who have not booked a room at the accommodation may only enter the rooms after prior registration at reception. The accommodation reserves the right to refuse entry in individual cases.
Damage, soiling, key loss
1. Liability for damages and loss
In case of damage to or soiling of the building or its contents, as well as in case of loss of the room key, the person responsible or the person who booked the room is liable for the resulting costs. A lost hotel room key will incur a charge of €300, as it is part of a central locking system. Compensation payments must be made immediately and in cash. For groups, accompanying persons or the tour operator may be responsible for advance payment. Theft and intentional damage to property will be reported to the police immediately.
2. Prohibition of interference with inventoryIt is strictly forbidden to put nails or screws into walls or furniture, or to attach pictures, posters or similar items to them.
3. Consequences of violationsIn case of violations of these regulations, the accommodation provider is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract without notice. The obligation to pay for already booked overnight stays remains.
4. ClaimsShould any damage occur in the room, please inform the staff member on duty immediately. Damage discovered only after departure will be considered property damage and will be charged to the responsible party.
5. Use of electrical appliancesThe use of personal electrical appliances is not permitted, with the exception of hair dryers and electric razors. This applies in particular to refrigerators, kettles, immersion heaters, hot plates, irons, and similar appliances.
pets
Bringing pets requires the accommodation's approval. Guests are required to notify the accommodation in advance of their wish to bring a pet. If the accommodation approves, this is on the condition that the pets are under the guest's constant supervision, are free of contagious diseases, and do not pose any other danger to staff or other guests. Pets are not allowed in common areas or kitchens.
valuables baghen / luggage
Please note that we cannot accept liability for luggage and valuables. The accommodation expressly disclaims all liability for the loss of valuables (especially jewelry and cash). The safekeeping of clothing, musical instruments, personal electronic devices, and similar items is the sole responsibility of the guest. Access by third parties or the subletting of rooms by guests is only permitted with the written consent of management.
Termination by the accommodation
The accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate accommodation contracts at any time with immediate effect. Within the scope of its house rules, the accommodation provider may expel guests or groups of guests from the premises if:
In these cases, the guest is liable for damages and for payment of any overnight stays already used and any remaining unused overnight stays, in accordance with the cancellation policy. The same applies in cases of force majeure or other important reasons, within the framework of the mutually agreed cancellation policy.
- the guest or group damages the reputation, safety or image of the accommodation,
- the guest is suspected of committing criminal offenses,
- other guests, residents, passers-by or neighbors are harassed, repeatedly disturbed or endangered.

The same applies in cases of force majeure or other important reasons, within the framework of the mutually agreed cancellation policy.
departure
We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please remember to turn off the lights and close the windows when leaving the room.
In case of late departure, the room will be charged as an additional night.
